Goals 

Support and implement NJCOLA's Mission:

• Monitor and strengthen member programs and services; conduct 4 quarterly member meetings per year; conduct periodic surveys to measure progress
   
• Develop partnerships among lake associations, professionals, regulatory agencies, and local municipality and county organizations; serve as a resource on lake matters
   
• Support a water quality monitoring program for long-term data collection
   
• Share Best Practices:

      Lake operations practices and resources

        Dam management, invasive species, toxic algae, etc.

  Storm water management; reduction of surface pollution from entering lakes

Protection of lake watersheds and community potable water resources

Seek collaborative efforts on topics addressing insurance,water safety, equipment performances, legal, etc.

• Increase Lake Member membership every year
